Actuarial Utilization Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides professional expertise and secondary responsibility for activities associated with utilization modeling and analysis for all of the DeCare lines of business. The critical focus is to protect the corporation’s interest by providing sound utilization analysis and business applications to maximize the corporation’s competitive advantage.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Individual will be responsible for fulfilling a variety of duties such as opening and sorting mail, batching claims, data entry and claim look up, as well as completing special projects. Required hours for the position are 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every 3rd Saturday.

Customer Service Representative (Gilbert, MN)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Individual will respond to telephone inquiries from providers, subscribers and group administrators accessing the CRM and Oracle systems regarding dental claims. Will research customer inquiries when necessary, coordinate and communicate with other departments to resolve inquiries, and provide value-added service to all customers.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with managing general agents, broker/agent market, consultants, and existing large group clients to meet specific sales and retention goals within assigned responsibilities. Responsible for large group custom sales and executive level service for sold custom groups. This position is eligible for commission.

Compliance Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position works with the Vice President of Strategic Planning to assure implementation of and compliance with state and federal regulations governing HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Department of Labor regulations and other compliance issues related to privacy, security, relationships with business associates, trading partners, vendors, brokers, group customers, subscribers and internal audiences. This position also provides assistance with legislative research and response, business development and other special corporate projects.
